People who plan and steer Jira projects across teams. It builds on Onboard to Jira Cloud or comparable Jira and agile experience.

What you will be able to do
You leave with a plan built from your own data, and with scenarios that show what a change in scope or capacity does to the date.
- Use existing Jira data to judge resources, scope and delivery dates
- Create a plan, add issues and highlight what matters
- Let Jira schedule work and see the effect of a change before you commit
- Make milestones and dates visible through releases and cross-project releases
- Play through changes to scope, capacity or dates with scenarios
- Shape plan views with grouping and colour, and share them with stakeholders
How the session runs
Live with an instructor, short inputs followed by hands-on practice, with a break. You build against a real backlog rather than a demo one.
